Pretty straightforward restrictions for the Bangkok subway - the durian restriction is common here in Asia, the balloon restriction is also on the BTS. Not sure about the no sitting - perhaps it means 'no sitting on the ground'? Because people sit on chairs both to wait for the MRT and on the subway car itself.
