The Philippines currency (the peso) has interesting bills. They're colorful, and very instructive about Filipino values. It also makes me wonder how many other non-American currencies have a picture of an American flag on them. Or how many currencies of any nation picture an assault weapon.
Beautiful picture of terraced rice paddies - bet they're especially scenic in person.

now that makes me sad that we don't have the Philippines flag on any of our currency. we should have a former occupied territory series of quarters of something.
we do - it's the hawaii state quarter! kingdom no more.
(oh, and a few native american tribes may have a few opinions about some of the other state quarters as well... or, about most of them)
