Presumably a sign for a 'changing' station, but this kid is huge. He'd probably make it to mom's armpit if he stood up. And either she just dropped him because he's too darn heavy, or he's about to (or just did) give her a swift kick in the stomach. Time for baby bird to leave the nest.
