Yesterday we went to Chatuchak weekend market. It is a market that is just open Saturday and Sunday, and it's huge - it's the biggest market in Asia with over 15,000 stalls. They sell just about anything you can think of. We'll post some pictures here in stages - today's pictures should need no translation to make sense, some of the others will need a bit more explanation.
In these pictures, you can see Angela (our relocation specialist who's helping us get familiar with Bangkok and Thailand) and a number of food and clothing vendors. In one picture you can see satay all stacked up (the snacks and food at the market were predictably delicious). And we'll start this posting with where we ended our day - with a (less than $5 USD) half hour foot massage, which was every bit as good as it sounds.
