Curly rice noodles


Sam's been having fun trying her hand at cooking with local ingredients.  Here is one example - she used rice noodles that come in sheets, and curl up when you cook them.  The result is a tender, curled noodle that has a moist texture and holds the sauce of your dish quite well.  Yum!

hmmm. i would definitely like to hear more about Sam's gastronomic explorations and what she learns about Thai culinary traditions.

Yes - Sam is making learning food words a priority in her Thai language classes.
