Polar ice flavored snow that is. It's just like shaved ice, but they call it 'snow'. They ask you what flavor snow you want when you order. We got lime snow, with coconut, red bean, and mango.
Inexplicably, the tip jar was a bear that said "Happy dog! What makes you so happy?"
