Was eating in the cafeteria the other day at the office, and I saw a few bungie cords dangling outside the window. I thought oh, window cleaners. Soon I'll see a big platform come wheeling down and some folks cleaning the windows. Well, the first window cleaner came down clutching two of the cords with his legs. Good thing he had a suction cup to anchor him, or what he was doing would have been dangerous! The second window cleaner decided to step up the safety equipment a notch, and used not only a suction cup but a little seat - sort of like a swingset.
Wow. Hats off to these fellow, a few dozen floors up. Hard. Core.
[note: I've also noticed they tend to do one column of windows at a time, so you'll see them on one window one day, and an adjacent one the next day, which makes sense, if you think about it]
